Commission exist to emphasize compulsory compliance. If we regard actions on State and City level, we are not directly operating y personal responsibility. New faces usually tune their expectation to the statuesque of a commission but the problem is usually with tenure of office.

If there are changes in the City or in the State, these changes are usually open to others. The fatal consequence of a commission is that sized portfolio may overstate a small county - as such they drag portfolio to challenge ennui...

Why was it necessary to form coalition under the same coalition, it was to demonstrate that the 'ungunthered' did not meet the demands of his or her entitlement. (Steve Adlar) could not have called himself or herself Mayor - of course, the comprise is that there is no such person and it is a team of people whose vote did not happen for one clear win. But in this case, the winner (Sampson Onwuka) was presumed to have been notified by Austin Police but it seems that the information into private box. In essence, (Sampson Onwuka) did not get any message because the police was not interested in the result and the person who had the contract to call the man did not do so. It could take some guts to steal a portfolio....Sampson (Iroabuchi) did not merge with any political group because the only glance at the seating groups were pockets of interesting people that did not add up to half of the general vote. The coalition had no shot saving for (Lee) who co-opted with (Martinez).....Mr. (P) na MAN --was so weak politically that he left op mayor disappointment.

What is IMHOTEP - IMHOTEP is shared popularity between A group attached to ONA or myself, Samspon Onwuka. Apparently there were looking for this man called Iroabuchi Onwuka before 2014 and they have looked for him in Austin since 2011. The popularity the funny and drastically shy Chika began in 2012/3, but went overdrive in 2015. Before IMHOTEP and CO-(s), even before RAH in recent time was Nnanna which both in ONOVO and in ONUMEIRI, and NNANNA was the major link to IMHOTEP which carried software materials from ONUWAH...if for instance we had I.N.O as an operand, it was iroabuchi (tu) nnanna (tu) Onwuka.....  

What were the main issues in Austin in 2014 for the non-for-profit organizations? Based on the assessment done by call centers in Austin that responded to night calls and other day and late night emergency, there were two primary problems (1) was the issue of money for the families and the (2) the issue of relationship which was primarily lack of quality time, security and sex. According the lines that were homed and the information sent in to these non-for profit call centers, the women complained privately about sex and about the men trying and about other shortcomings in the human ability but were just not even meeting demands. Some of the women were very cranky and under-sexed for years, and it was getting for many of them with Children and where fairly young. The ‘power of men’ was not involved in this business but many products reflecting help for women were on standby. There was a video that was created sometime in 2014 over little and dislocating issue, that one, I was not told in 2014 by the woman and the man who brought my network to Austin and who through her ingenuity and her families talked parts of the network to private. They were other manuals but the popularity of my network took all kinds of turns when for instance in 2014 a video showing physical and porn reflexes starring Sampson Onwuka turned an overnight classic. Members of the U.S Military were mocking jest for the best of us – and includes those who retired from military and at some point they were so many of them in Austin. The district attorneys were probably not well informed but the call centers and non-for profit people who wanted to hook up with others experience the same problem. Some people were collecting the money and they were not getting paid, and eventually the chief manure of the city was accused of collecting all the money. This was not the case, the case is that non-for-profit groups in Austin were very rich, very controlling, and very dangerous and were totally corrupted with political motivations.  The motivation was chiefly who created the largest customer base, who brought the most help for Austin and who became an important team in Austin and did the most important work. At my arrival, much of the non-for profit organizations were busy collecting those re-trying Austin and transforming these people for their private businesses. They emphasized illegal immigrants and other conscripted cheap labor from people who will perpetuate their service to these organizations.  

The men on the other hand were saying it was money and work, but if they could bang all day non-stop than husbandry, they will. The Imhotep in Austin was just a character attached to a bunch of these women and their ‘oku-neri-aja’ and so the goes that these were dedicated to raising money by fulfilling these desires. My believe was that this IMHOTEP is a New York character – that I was also called Imhotep at some point is important – so were others in different parts of the world with all kinds of philosophy. I was determined to back up these groups by creating IMHOTEP, which I did.  The TEL-ONW (U) had a group of city helpers and non-for profit organization that featured people from Food industry, streets and from all works of life. The numbers represented producers and business men of all types in Austin, for instance people from Housing talked houses and fall into some group within a certain number, people from construction talked contracts and so on, and the radio and television aired these stories through all kinds of channels

There was no other network that challenged the group and according to Austin official requirement for Mayor – it was the network and manual that conquered that entire rule the office, the operators with highest popularity was the mandate or mantle and these can offset each other. Who is the mantle for office at the time of my coming – it was Mr. Lee but the Mayor was one Iroabuchi Onwuka who was not necessarily unknown. It was agreed that one person should control the rest of the City of Austin but with my coming, the mantle fell on Sampson Onwuka who was also the Mayor. When the Gubernatorial elections were conducted you wouldn’t believe the elections….

It wasn’t working until I arrived and by the time of my arrival the software organizer for ONUMA (Onwuka Manure) was ‘Nnanna’ was doing the operator for the Chika (s) - some of them managed the shelters for the families and other non-profit organization, were bundled through the FM police and were ((h)omaging) SIOMA (comparable to SIONA) through Imhotep and later replaced ‘unhummadu’ or opa-nma from onye-ONUMA called Opa-nwa-ewu - who was considered onye-oma dicenter' (friend of the disabled) and who was Iroabuchi Onwuka. ONUMA was not the name in the manure – it was the Over Man which so popular and remained the problem for many of us, especially those who were asked to congratulate Sampson Onwuka for histories victories – the unconquered which was not Oswald or Onassis – which were not big forces rather unconquered was an ONUMA Disc. In three times in three and twice in the years before my coming, elections that determine the major operator for Austin was done. In all five competitive and more, there was hardly any group that tried the patience of Onwuka Manual for Austin THULE. The question is what made Iroabuchi Onwuka world popular and why was the deciding influence in the call of office in State of Austin and the very Texas. The age of disc still linger was at was over with Onwuka Manure which brought to life the wand.

ONUMA RAH - what is it? a branch of the Command-RAH - Rah as op OM, as through the branch other smaller decenter such (Tu-Rah) Chika-, Chika-(TU) RAH, Chika-(O)Thule, Chika-RAH Othula,...

These two groups secretly battled out their dominance under eminent disguises, and peculiarly used Iroabuchi Onwuka for their oracular dispatches and mimed his tubed pictures for the Command (da) (RAH) of the group. Operators call them names for instance, Sampson O, or I with, Sam etc., as if they were trying to persuade this man to make up his mind. Frankly the whole episode speared differently, and I was cast as some wanton and reckless angry man that ran into the dominion of City office and was proving irresponsible. They was other 

There was also fracas – somewhat deliberate fracas between the groups where I decided to take the blame for the short-coming, asked the group operators to take it on me instead as a way to cut down the damage and the struggle, against the greener fact that you were homeless in Austin. I have not been so harangued but I remained undamaged is hard to tell. The funny thing was that the Party members represented their family’s interest and the few African Americans in the group were seriously interested in making sure that I don’t get to the office in Austin. The other attack was from Marc Ott who I thought had something to offer but like Tricia Ndukwe and others they found out who I was and were sorry for the challenge that I was facing. They made my personal life difficult. I reasoned that throughout history – people determine the significance of a City and a town under any condition, one of which is Rome – known for its Senators, London for hot-headed, and for Arts; Thebes, Athens, etc., and for Memphis religion, but if Austin would be an character the circumstance leading to the authority of women and their leadership will begin with winning their converted and necessarily solicited support.  The women were also concerned that the election and the polls were vulnerable but how exactly and why that they considered it necessary to withhold their support – assuming they did, is a primary concern…….

The relationship between (KINK) and (ONUMA) began in 2008, but it was the case in 2010 when in an area I launched into the Network I regularly visit. Kink was having problems of (germ) or gum technology, the spun from young nymph or virgin network. When I arrived the interest discussion was how to launch a new line of cell phone that can 'uproot', both (ONUMA) and (ONUWAH) could do it, but it was IMHOTEP that proved something else.  But through the gaps in (ONUMA) who abuse (ONUWAH) and (homage) several biscuits or laptop links and become these people through automated lines that pass a dish. So the voice trapped or entering into the dish-pool can slowly resurrect the image of the person through the voice. We can discuss ONOVO...but we can talk a little more about (ONUMA) since some of the bearings with the armed (Itil) reached the managers through  the network. For instance, Armed Forces or Armed Men in Disc A to Sampson Onwuka was codified AMOSO - a link I hardly used since (SOMA) was op a diff manual.

(ONUMA) is not a hit free network. The introductory pricing is second to the primary run through for City and State of Austin. Most prolific networks reach others within seconds and in short distances but what the ONUMA and ONUWAH was catch across time to an entire part of North Africa or Asia, distilling the same meantime images from short dispatches. The automated (voice operand) can be give you an on- the -spot thrill of some body not ready present. As far the records, network for law enforcement struggled and was not functioning until I arrived in Austin 2014.
